Greater Southeast Management District (the District) is seeking statements of interest and qualifications from design-build services firms to provide design-build electrical engineering services  (conceptual design, design development, final design and construction/installation), located in the southeast section of Houston, Texas, specifically Almeda Road from Cleburne to Binz, Emancipation Avenue from Elgin to McGowen, and Blodgett Street from Ennis to SH 288.  The District invites interested firms to submit statements of interest and qualifications for this work, in accordance with submission requirements stated in this RFQ.  Services may extend up to a period of five (5) years through a series of work orders for additional corridors within the District.
