Presented by MD Anderson Cancer Center: This program demonstrates how practicing yoga can help alleviate stress. Smitha Mallaiah leads a presentation on managing stress and reclaiming mind-body health using ancient yoga practices. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to bring yoga mats.
