Houston Southeast is excited about Emancipation Park Conservancy’s naming of a new Executive Director, Lucy Bremond. Ms. Bremond brings over a decade of executive leadership, strategic planning and funds development. Her responsibilities as Executive Director will allow Lucy to further her commitment to the Houston Community with a focus on Third Ward.
