St. Emanuel Street is now open between Preston and Rusk Streets.

Capitol St. is also open from Shell Energy Stadium to Chartres St.

Note: TxDOT advises St. Emanuel will need to close again for 1-45 storm sewer work, but not until after the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
