Each year, YWCA coordinate a variety of community events presented as their Y-SHE CAN SERIES to educate women on various topics and increase awareness of pressing issues facing women and girls such as STEM education, housing, civil rights, fair wages, health awareness, youth leadership development, self-image, race relations, and more.

Women’s Empowerment 360° (WE360) is a national YWCA women’s empowerment program designed to put female minority entrepreneurs on the path to starting and maintaining successful businesses. Out of this initiative, we offer the Women’s Business Incubator.
